I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone at Champion Trailers
for a very pleasant experience.

Last week i was in a bind.  I had a bent axle on my boat trailer and
could not find an axle (Or anyone willing to find one) in this area. I
was starting to panic at this point.  My family was going up to
Northern WI this weekend and I didn't think that we were going to take
the boat. (Some very disappointed kids)  I found your web site and
made a phone call.  I apologize for not remembering names, but the
lady that took my order was very helpful and assured me that the axle
would arrive on time.  RELIEF!!

I ordered the axle on Monday and had it Tuesday by 10am!
Unbelievable. I have the axle installed and everything went together
perfectly.  I compared the new axle to the original (Karavan) that
came on the trailer.  There is no comparison.  The axle that your
company built is far more heavy duty and better built.  I will now be
using Champion Trailers for all of my trailer needs and will also be
letting people know in this area about your company.

I was in a bind, and thanks to Champion Trailers I can take my family
on the vacation that we have been planning all year.  Everyone at
Champion Trailers proved to me that they are one of the best at
servicing the customer, workmanship and quality of service.  The
website also helped me with installing the axle and brakes.
